It is important to develop a network of health care providers from different backgrounds and specialties as resources for you the patient in order to help you maximize your potential.

Proactive Strength Training The training facility is designed and built for you. I was a trainer at a large commercial gym and a couple of studios for more than a decade. I designed and created ProActive Strength to be able to create the programs that I feel will give our clients the optimal opportunity to reach their results. There are no excuses.

Pilates is a full-body, core-based, strength training workout that uses all of our stabilizer muscles as well as prime movers. After workout, you will feel muscles that you were not aware existed! We like to say that Pilates makes us efficient movers, because it improves coordination and promotes proper muscle recruitment.
